Information about you
We collect and store the data about you that you give to us when you register with us. This includes your name, your address (when provided), your email, your phone number and any official golf membership number you may have. If you attend a tournament we will keep your golf results from the qualifying rounds and the matchplay. We ask for and keep this information so we can efficiently run our golf tournament each year, and so we can communicate with you about it.
Our communications with you
We keep you informed of various things relating to the tournament, it’s sponsors and it’s participants through this website. People running things, and others who want to help post helpful, intelligent, and sometimes even funny material for your enjoyment and reading pleasure. Depending on who you are and how you stand out to others, you may find yourself mentioned from time to time. It will all be in jest. We try to keep you up to date with the website by sending you newsletters from time to time, though this will depend on whether there is new content. We will also email you our invitation each year. This enables you to enter the annual tournament. You can unsubscribe from any of our communications as you wish by going to our ‘Newsletter’ page.

You agree to us doing this for the benefit of humankind and our long running tournament.
